Sheila Harmeling, MD
Dr. Sheila Harmeling earned her undergraduate degree from Thomas More College and attended medical school at the University of Kentucky. She completed her pediatric residency program at the University of Michigan. Dr. Harmeling joined Primary Pediatrics in 1995, and has an interest in Chronic Conditions, Nutrition and Exercise, Newborn Care, Childhood Development and Parenting Skills.
When not working at Primary Pediatrics, Dr. Harmeling is busy with her family. She and her husband adopted their nephew in 2016, bringing their total children to five. She follows them to all their various activities including soccer, basketball, marching band, and cheerleading. She is also actively involved in her parish and enjoys boating at Lake Cumberland.
